No, most records kept in the Recorder’s Office are public record and are available to anyone, with the exception of military service records. These records are only available to the veteran, with proof of ID.
Adding or removing some from a deed will require that a new deed be created and submitted for transfer (Auditor’s Office) and recording. We recommend using an attorney or professional for creating legal documents.
